We are open weekdays 09:00-20:00, Saturdays 10:00-18:00. On Sundays we only handle emergencies. You can call our emergency line 24/7!

We prioritize patients with appointments to keep wait times minimal. But in emergencies you can come without one — we never turn anyone away!

We accept cash, credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Installments are available for larger procedures.

Just bring the vaccine card if you have one, information about any prior tests/treatments, and a safe carrier/leash for your pet!

Unfortunately we don't have a private lot, but street parking is available. There are also paid parking lots nearby.

Puppies/kittens get their first combination vaccine at 6-8 weeks, followed by 2-3 boosters 3-4 weeks apart. Rabies vaccine can be given after 12 weeks. Annual boosters continue afterward.

Yes, absolutely! You can carry viruses in from outside. Also, the rabies vaccine is legally required. At minimum, combination + rabies vaccines are a must.

We recommend monthly protection for external parasites (fleas, ticks). Every 3 months is sufficient for internal parasite treatment.

Mild lethargy or appetite loss is normal and passes in 1-2 days. Call us right away if you see vomiting, diarrhea, or facial swelling!

Ideally before the first heat in females (6-7 months), and between 6-12 months in males. It can be done at any age, though.

Metabolism may slow, but proper diet and exercise keep weight under control. We provide a personalized nutrition plan!

Hormone-driven behaviors (roaming, aggression, marking) decrease. Their core personality stays the same — they just become calmer.

Usually 10-14 days. An Elizabethan collar, keeping the incision dry, and restricting activity are needed.

Call IMMEDIATELY for: breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected poisoning, birth complications, sudden paralysis, severe vomiting/diarrhea, or abdominal swelling!

A single vomiting episode is usually fine. But come in right away if there are more than 2 episodes in 24 hours, bloody vomit, lethargy, or accompanying diarrhea!

A healthy adult may go 24-48 hours without eating, but this is outside the norm. See a vet if appetite loss lasts more than 24 hours, especially with lethargy.

Excessive water intake can be a sign of kidney disease, diabetes, or other conditions. A check-up is needed if it exceeds double the normal amount.
